Victoria assists ADM Value's founder in sale to Tessi

Founded in 2001, ADM Value is a leading call center management company, which assists its clients with all aspects of their customer relations and across all communication channels. With over 3,000 employees and 11 production sites across France, Morocco and Madagascar, ADM Value provides a number of services including telesales, surveys, recovery (...). ADM Value has built a reputation for quality of service and customer proximity.
ADM Value expected to post around €48 million sales in 2019 and EBIT of around €12 million.
An international player in Business Process Services (BPS), Tessi supports companies in the digitalization of their customer experience. Active in more than 11 countries worldwide with almost 9,500 staff, Tessi posted a turnover of 428 million euros in 2018. Tessi is listed on the compartment B of Euronext Paris (TES).
Incorporating the business know-how of ADM Value, Tessi is adding to its existing
portfolio of solutions for business process optimization and digital transformation within the customer experience. In terms of its customer relations activity, the Group has historically focused on inshore (France) and nearshore (Europe). The newly incorporated structure will expand Tessi’s client portfolio, which now includes the banking and insurance, energy, sales, ecommerce, press and administration sectors. With a comprehensive package of services including consulting, outsourced services, technologies, cybersecurity, hosting and now – under this transaction – renowned customer relations, Tessi confirms its ambition to be involved in every stage of the customer experience. Established as a true benchmark in back office and document management, this acquisition enables Tessi to provide quality services in both front and back office. Claude Briqué, CEO of ADM Value, will take over the general management of Tessi’s Customer Relations division, with staffing levels increasing to nearly 4,500 employees.
